DeRon Jenkins
As a former member of the Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Volunteers, DeRon has lived in Nashville for over 20 years. He specializes in building modern, new construction homes throughout the city of Nashville. His designs are unique, thoughtful, and truly one-of-a-kind homes.
Dylan Jenkins
Daughter of DeRon, Dylan has taken a similar path in real estate. Dylan is the property manager of DY Properties and a licensed real estate agent. She specializes in all tasks ranging from communications within guest’s experience to managing the back-end process of short term rentals.
As a collective, the DY Properties management team has maintained Superhost status and a high review rating for DY Properties rentals. By upholding every unit with care, our team strives to create the most seamless experience for our guests as well as our property owners.
